Introducing the Tree Wisdom Series
From the Candle's Glow
For as long as I can remember, trees have felt like more than trees. They have been companions on quiet walks, witnesses to life's changing seasons, and reminders that growth often happens where we cannot see it. Their roots stretch deep into the earth while their branches reach toward the sky, existing between worlds in a way that has always felt sacred to me.
Each tree carries its own story. The Oak teaches endurance. The Willow teaches surrender. The Rowan whispers of magic and ancestors. The Sequoia reminds us of the strength found in connection. The ancient Bristlecone Pine teaches us that survival itself can be a miracle.
Over the coming months, I invite you to walk beside me through forests both real and symbolic as we explore the folklore, history, symbolism, and spiritual wisdom of some of the world's most beloved trees. Together, we will discover what these ancient beings might teach us about healing, resilience, belonging, transformation, and becoming.
Trees are among the oldest storytellers on Earth. Their stories still have something to say to us. The first stop on our journey begins with the oldest living tree in the world—the Bristlecone Pine—and the quiet strength of endurance. I hope you'll join me beneath the branches.
The Glow We Carry Forward
Trees measure time differently than we do. They do not rush. They do not compare themselves to the forest around them. They simply continue becoming. May this series be an invitation to do the same.
